At 115am...Patchy fog is beginning to develop across some of the

nearshore waters and bays. Visibility is currently between 3 and 

6nm, though they will likely begin to diminish in the next 2 to 4

hours as fog expands. We will continue to monitor trends and a 

dense fog advisory may be required. Mariners should consider these

conditions before beginning or continuing their transits.
